Million Dollar Golf is seeking an energetic, outdoorsy and friendly Sales Representative to sell par-3 contest entries on golf courses nationwide. You will earn hourly base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with uncapped earning potential and a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes engaging with golfers, maintaining professionalism, and representing the company at partner courses. Weekend availability on Fridays through Sundays is required, with possible weekday shifts depending on location.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday roughly 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Additional weekday shifts may be available.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations and motivated by performance-based pay. You'll be responsible for selling contest entries while creating a fun and engaging experience for players.

Compensation

Hourly base pay + commission + bonuses

Average earnings exceed $20/hour , with top performers earning $35-$45/hour. High performers are rewarded for their effort and ability to engage with customers.

Additional Details

• Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is required. Additional weekday shifts may be available depending on location and business needs.
