The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection, Meadows of Dan, VA, is seeking an Outside Golf Operations Attendant for a part-time seasonal role. You’ll assist with golf bag handling, range duties, and guest service in a luxury, mountain retreat setting.

Located on 12,000 acres in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Primland offers a refined guest experience across golf, wellness, dining, and outdoor adventures. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of golf rules, course layout, and club selection.
• Ability to read greens and provide distance/distance recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor, reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and other guests at the Clubhouse.
• Maintain the cart barn, ensuring golf cars, rental clubs and range balls are clean and stored nightly.
• Track condition and counts of rental clubs, golf cars, rental shoes, and range balls; report damages.
• Be familiar with daily play schedules to prep the outside service operation.
• Assist members and guests to create a pleasant golfing experience.
• Assist merchandising and keep displays neat and appealing.
• Provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
