Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Golf Course Maintenance team member for Saint Johns Resort. The role focuses on keeping greens, fairways, and surrounding areas in prime condition while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

You will work with a team to complete seasonal tasks and special projects, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on position requires reliable teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a range of lawn care tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in landscaping or turf management beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Mow and trim grass on greens, fairways, tees, and roughs.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers for consistent playability.
• Water and operate irrigation systems to maintain turf health.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides per safety protocols.
• Assist with sodding, seeding, and turf repair projects.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely.
• Keep the course clean and perform routine inspections.
