The role emphasizes maintaining motors, compressors, circuits, and other mechanical systems, while collaborating with clubhouse and cart shop staff to keep facilities safe, efficient, and reliable for guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2 years in reel grinding, small engine repair, welding, electrical, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and tools per manuals.
• Assist clubhouse maintenance and cart mechanic with fabrications and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain inventories and place orders for equipment and parts.
• Provide maintenance reports and documentation of repairs and parts ordering.
• Train and supervise other Maintenance Mechanics as directed.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure warranty requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean shop and equipment.
• Communicate issues to General Manager and budget for expenses.
