Job summary

Stonewall Resort seeks an Irrigation Technician to maintain and repair golf course irrigation systems and related equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and help lead a small crew to deliver high quality grounds maintenance at a world-class resort.

The role requires experience with golf course operations, irrigation systems, and a relevant degree or equivalent substitution. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of golf course or grounds maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• AAS degree in horticulture, turfgrass management or related field preferred.
• Substitution of experience for education is allowed.
• Knowledge of golf is helpful and leadership qualities are valued.
• Experience with RainBird/Cirrus Pro irrigation systems is a plus.
• Basic electrical and hydraulic irrigation knowledge is needed.
• Effective written and oral communication are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting is required.
• Professional interaction and safe operation of tools are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate golf course irrigation systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot irrigation issues and perform repairs as needed.
