Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks an Integrated Pest Technician to support IPM on our premier golf course. You will conduct daily inspections, apply sustainable treatments, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons health and safety standards while protecting the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control or IPM-focused roles.
• Knowledge of BMP IPM principles and safe chemical handling.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine daily golf course inspections for disease, weeds, or pests.
• Implement and maintain Integrated Pest Management procedures.
• Respond quickly to pest-related applications.
• Ensure all treatments comply with regulatory and Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain safe pesticide handling and preventive measures.
• Report daily records to the IPM specialist.
• Walk spray greens with tank mixtures including fertilizer, fungicide and insecticide.
• Walk spread granular fertilizer weekly with a Lesco Spreader.
• Hand pull weeds when necessary.
