Job summary

BrightView Landscapes Massachusetts is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain golf course grounds and support daily operations. The role involves moving cups, mowing small turf areas, raking bunkers, trimming and maintaining equipment, and ensuring restrooms are clean and stocked.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, report to multiple sites, and may require weekend hours and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Daily work at different job sites within the region.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ if operating company provided vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Change cup locations on greens daily or as directed by the supervisor.
• Service teeing ground stations on course: move markers and fill divots from prior day.
• Remove broken tees and trash from receptacles.
• Maintain ball-washers with water and soap.
• Police trash and monitor course traffic control devices (ropes, stakes, signs).
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Rake and remove leaves, grass; load onto truck/trailer.
• Operate vehicles for daily bunker raking and grooming.
• Mow small turf areas with push or power mowers.
• Apply irrigation to golf course as directed by a supervisor.
