Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper at our Alabama club to maintain turf and landscapes for optimal playability and aesthetics. You will mow greens, fairways, tees and roughs, apply fertilizers per the agronomy plan, monitor moisture, and help keep irrigation systems in good condition.

You will also operate and perform routine maintenance on equipment, trim shrubs, plant new vegetation, and assist in building and maintaining course features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation systems to maintain moisture.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies as needed.
• Safely operate powered equipment (mowers, aerators, sprayers).
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep it clean and functional.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse (flowers, shrubs, trees).
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs, plant new vegetation as directed.
