Job summary

Pinehurst Resort is seeking staff for day-to-day golf course operations to maintain and improve turf and playing surfaces. You will be involved in course setup, mowing, watering, and general grounds maintenance to ensure top-quality golf experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Course setup duties to position tee markers and hole locations, plus litter and waste removal and upkeep of course amenities.
• Mowing and grooming to maintain playability and high-quality appearance using walking and riding equipment.
• Hand watering turf by moving hoses and monitoring wilt conditions to keep turf healthy.
• Hand labor such as raking, shoveling, pushing, and divot repair to groom the course.
