Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and irrigation systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily maintenance tasks: mowing, fertilizing, pest control.
• Coordinate and supervise groundskeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems for optimal water usage and turf health.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of golf course equipment and machinery.
• Assist in design and maintenance of landscaping around the course.
• Ensure safety regulations and environmental standards are followed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, chemical applications, and equipment servicing.
