Job summary

Bonita Bay Club is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Operator to join our private club in Bonita Springs, Florida. You will perform daily course setup, operate tee/fairway/rough mowers, and run tractor-drawn equipment to maintain playing surfaces for members and guests.

We emphasize safety, teamwork, and reliability. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401k plan. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

Requires at least 1 year of golf course maintenance experience.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Flexible schedule. Able to work weekends and holidays.
Must follow Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Team-oriented attitude.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Golf course setup including cups, marker placement, trash, divot buckets, hazard markers, and comfort stations.
Operate mowers: tee, fairway, and rough.
Operate tractor-drawn equipment: pull frame mowers, top dressers, loaders, sprayers, and bush hog mowers.
Use two-cycle hand tools; apply fertilizers, wetting agents, and pesticides; maintain safety for self, colleagues, and members/guests.
