Job summary

Clearbrook Golf Club, operated by The Sports Facilities Companies, seeks a Part-Time Facility Maintenance Team Member in Monroe Township, NJ. You will maintain the golf course grounds and clubhouse, mowing greens, irrigation, landscaping, and basic repairs to ensure top condition for golfers and guests.

Responsibilities include course setup, turf maintenance, equipment care, and safety compliance. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens and roughs.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and lawn care tasks.
• Rake sand traps and prepare the course for daily play.
• Set up the course, move tee markers and repair ball marks.
• Maintain landscaping around the course and facilities.
• Perform basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment.
• Apply pesticides/herbicides following safety protocols.
• Assist with seasonal cleanups and spill monitoring.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, lobby, and guest seating areas.
• Support other departments and complete special projects as directed.
