Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Groundsperson to maintain golf course grounds, including mowing turf, operating a gas blower, and trash pickup. This is an entry-level role with outdoor work in variable weather conditions.

Ideal candidates may be bilingual (English/Spanish) and must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; full-time with benefits is typical. Training is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no prior experience or training required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow small turf areas using fly-mo or small push power mowers.
• Trim and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer.
• Operate a gas-powered blower.
• Trim shrubs and low trees to shape and remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
• Pick up leaves, trash, cut grass, and place onto a truck or trailer.
• Perform weeding by hand or with a garden hoe or hula hoe.
• May include Greenskeeper and/or Irrigator duties as assigned.
