Job summary

Makefield Highlands Golf Club in Yardley, PA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Team Member to maintain the course and clubhouse. Responsibilities include mowing, irrigation, landscaping, and basic repairs to keep facilities in top condition for players and guests.

You will work part-time, with shifts including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with a friendly team focused on service, safety, and community. Prior groundskeeping or sports facility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, tees, and roughs.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair.
• Rake and maintain sand traps and course amenities.
• Set up the course daily, move tee markers, replace divots, repair ball marks.
• Plant and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers around the course.
• Maintain groundskeeping equipment and perform basic servicing.
• Apply pesticides and herbicides following safety protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness of clubhouse areas, restrooms, and guest spaces.
• Assist other departments as needed and complete special projects.
• Provide friendly guest service and direct guests to management.
