Job summary

Champions Retreat Golf Club in Evans, GA is seeking energetic, motivated team members for full-time golf course maintenance positions. The role involves performing routine maintenance on a world-class 27-hole course, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring facilities are clean, organized, and safe.

Training on equipment operation and safety is included. Applicants should be able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift heavy loads as needed, and be available for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape maintenance or greenkeeping preferred.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays, overtime, and be flexible with changes as requested.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in varying weather conditions with potential exposure to inclement weather.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• May need to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions and routine golf course maintenance related activities at one work location.
• Assist in ensuring the maintenance facility, equipment and tools are clean, organized, and safe and report any deficiencies to management.
• Participate in training related to proper equipment operation and safety procedures required to perform each task.
