Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking a Golf Course Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of golf course construction. You will shadow on-site Project Superintendents, assist laborers, and help manage small crews across projects that may require relocation from Delano, MN.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reading plans, surveying with GPS, documenting daily activities, and performing safety checks. Travel and Saturday work are required; starting pay is $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Understand and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Understand and adhere to the Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds; walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit.

Responsibilities

• Job shadowing with on-site Project Superintendents and working alongside laborers in all aspects of golf course construction
• Managing small crews
• Scheduling and critical path timeline
• As-built plans, reading plans, surveying with GPS equipment
• Documentation of daily activities
• Safety checks for projects
• Labor and operate equipment
