Qualifications

• One or more years of cooking experience.
• Experience in managing and upholding safe working conditions.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Understands the functions of the point-of-sale (POS) and phone system.
• Demonstrates proper cash-handling and turn-in standards.
• Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings.
