Job summary

Club 45 is hiring Golf Coaches to deliver private lessons (simulator and outdoor), group clinics, and camps. You bring the craft and the technology; we bring the simulator, range, scheduling, and member base. Coaches set their own rate within published bands and earn 65% as W-2 wages.

Private 30-min lessons: $60–$100; 60-min lessons: $110–$175; group clinics: $85 base + $5/head over 6; earnings potential scales with bookings and referrals.

Qualifications

• PGA, LPGA, or USGTF coaching credential.
• CPR/AED certification within 24 months.
• Familiarity with simulator data tools (TrackMan, FlightScope, Rapsodo or similar).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons (30 / 60 minute) on simulator or range.
• Run group clinics and seasonal camps.
• Set your own private rate within the published band ($60–$175).
• Use simulator data and your own teaching aids; protect member video/swing data.
• Help fill your clinics through promotion and referrals.

About Club 45

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up.

The Role

Club 45 is hiring Golf Coaches to deliver private lessons (simulator and outdoor), group clinics, and camps. You bring the craft and the technology; we bring the simulator, range, scheduling, and member base. Coaches set their own rate within published bands and earn 65% as W-2 wages.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver private lessons (30 / 60 minute) on simulator or range.
• Run group clinics and seasonal camps.
• Set your own private rate within the published band ($60–$175).
• Use simulator data and your own teaching aids; protect member video/swing data.
• Help fill your clinics through promotion and referrals.

What You Bring

• PGA, LPGA, or USGTF coaching credential.
• CPR/AED certification (within 24 months).
• Familiarity with simulator data tools (TrackMan, FlightScope, Rapsodo, or similar) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Private 30-min lessons: $60–$100 member rate, you earn 65%.
• Private 60-min lessons: $110–$175 member rate, you earn 65%.
• Group clinics: $85 base + $5/head over 6.
• Multi-day clinics: $340/day + $25/head over 12.
• Simulator time billed at $20/hr (netted before split) on paid lessons.
• Estimated annual earnings: $25,000–$80,000 based on book.
• Colorado HFWA, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership.
