Job summary

Discovery Land Company seeks a courteous golf club attendant for Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club near Austin, TX. You will support daily operations, assist golf professionals, and ensure carts, clubs, and towels are prepared for members and guests.

Strong communication, a valid driver''s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; CPR/First Aid is preferred. Join a team that delivers exceptional member experiences in a premier Texas setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and Outside Services Manager about day’s events and operations.
• Ensure golf carts are cleaned and washed per club procedures.
• Maintain towels, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Set up members’ and guests’ bags for play.
• Put away member and guest bags in proper storage location and in timely fashion.
• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Load bags and move carts to cart staging area.
• Clean all players’ golf clubs thoroughly.
• Assist Practice Range Attendant with the setup of hitting stations.
• Collect golf balls from chipping area and range field on the Practice Facility.
• Restock buckets and pick range when needed.
