Twice in Tucson, AZ is seeking a guest-focused golf course attendant to assist with clubhouse upkeep, cart operations, and event support. You will help set up tournaments, handle clubs, and ensure smooth player flow and policy education.

The role emphasizes courteous guest service, safety, and team collaboration on a dynamic golf course. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with English reading/speaking ability.

Qualifications

• Education: less than high school or up to 1 month related experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• English reading/speaking ability may be required.
• Physical: regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assist in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging and drop areas in neat condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Educate players on course policies and pace of play.
• Assist players with changing spikes if needed.
• Perform range maintenance and inventory of balls.
• May direct start of play and maintain rental club records.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean clubs after play.
• Maintain regular attendance and safe work practices.
