Job summary

Twice in Westbrook, ME seeks a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to provide tour-level club fittings and exceptional customer service. You will guide clients through data-driven fittings and build relationships to grow business, while maintaining studio standards. Proficiency with Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Office is needed.

As a key studio team member, you will manage client relationships, network within the golf community, and support store operations as required by management.

Qualifications

• Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio and personal clients.
• Maintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standards.
• Operate technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry.
• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
