Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekdays; weekend hours optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal service in assisting members and guests for the preparation of beginning their experience for a round of golf, lesson, practice or any related activity.
• Act as an ambassador for the Club to greet members and guests as they arrive to play or practice golf and assist them as they exit as well.
• Provide the availability of golf carts in the staging areas for use by the golfers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and quality appearance of the golf cart fleet.
• Maintain the practice areas by providing ample supply of balls for practice by the members and guests and retrieve balls from the practice area when needed.
• Assist customers after round by cleaning their golf clubs and assisting with storing them.
• Assist in the golf shop with the golf professional staff as needed.
• Assist the golf shop in enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the Club such as dress code, course etiquette, guest rules, etc.
• Perform any other duties that maybe required by management from time to time.
