Ideal candidates have 3+ years in golf retail or equipment, basic launch monitor knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Weekend availability is required, and there is no remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of golf retail or related golf equipment experience.
• Strong understanding of golf equipment technology and basic launch monitor familiarity.
• Ability to learn club specifications, build instructions, and repair techniques.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and modify golf clubs according to specifications.
• Perform re-gripping, re-shafting, and basic loft/lie adjustments.
• Assist with custom club builds following instructions.
• Operate club repair tools safely and correctly.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized build shop workspace.
• Support seasonal build shop volume while maintaining quality.
