Job summary

City of Grapevine is seeking staff to support golf operations and guest services at the course. You will assist golfers, manage range setup, and help maintain carts and facilities while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred, and the role requires physical activity outdoors and tolerance of weather conditions. A valid Texas driver’s license is beneficial.

• Physically able to work outdoors and tolerate extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers to ensure adherence to rules and playing procedures.
• Set up and break down the practice range.
• Stage and maintain cleanliness of carts and cart barn areas.
• Greet guests and assist with loading and unloading clubs.
• Transport guests to and from the practice range.
• Perform daily maintenance on golf carts and range carts.
• Assist in staging and set-up for events.
• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse and surrounding grounds.
• Assist Golf Maintenance team as needed.
• Perform other duties related to Golf operations and guest services.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
