Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Courtesy Golf Cart Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for patients and visitors within our facilities. You will report to the Consumer Experience Team and help ensure every passenger reaches their destination comfortably and with a positive attitude.

This role supports a patient-centered environment, requiring strong communication, a willingness to learn CoxHealth campus locations, and a customer-service mindset suitable for healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for patients and visitors within CoxHealth facilities.
• Assist passengers to destinations and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
• Report to the Consumer Experience Team and ensure passengers reach their destinations comfortably.

Job Description

The Courtesy Golf Cart Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for patients and visitors within the CoxHealth facilities, enhancing their experience by offering friendly and courteous service. Reporting to the Consumer Experience Team, this position ensures passengers reach their destinations comfortably while creating a positive and supportive environment.

Education

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred: Prior experience in customer service

Skills

• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Basic knowledge of the hospital campus or willingness to learn all campus locations.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
