Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is seeking a Seasonal Golf Cart Attendant to greet guests, load bags, and prepare carts for daily play. You’ll maintain driving range areas and help keep facilities clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license is required; prior golf or hospitality experience is welcome, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Prior customer service or golf course experience helpful but not required—we're happy to train.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers with a friendly smile and excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags.
• Clean, prepare, and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain the bag drop, bag room, cart barn, service areas, and driving range.
• Label and organize golf bags and rental clubs.
• Drive the range and assist with closing.

What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Golf Cart Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional golf experience for every guest. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome golfers with a friendly smile and outstanding customer service.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags.
• Clean, prepare, and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain the bag drop, bag room, cart barn, service areas, and driving range.
• Label and organize golf bags and rental clubs.
• Pick the driving range throughout the day and at closing.
• Empty trash and keep golf facilities clean and organized.
• Secure the cart barn and bag room at the end of the day.
• Provide guests with directions around the resort and recommend local attractions when needed.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties to help create an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift, including lifting golf bags
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Interest or familiarity with the game of golf is a plus
• Valid driver's license required

Schedule

This is a seasonal position with flexible scheduling. Because our resort operates seven days a week, weekend, holiday, and varying shift availability is expected.
