TaylorMade Golf in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the San Diego/Orange County area. The role focuses on presenting TaylorMade stories at retail, educating store staff, and driving engagement with athletes and products.

You will train and support approximately 40 off-course retail locations, maintain product knowledge, and uphold visual merchandising standards across stores to deliver an exceptional brand experience.

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with approximately 40 off-course retail locations, fostering brand loyalty and ensuring consistent engagement across diverse retail environments.
• Maintain a high level of product and fitting knowledge to educate retailer associates and fitters to assist customers
• Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail associates and fitters on TaylorMade’s mission, brand and product innovation
• Work closely with each retail location to uphold TaylorMade’s visual merchandising standards and deliver an exceptional experience
