Scheels in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, understand needs, and guide them through the sale, including Scheels Visa. You will contribute to a personalized WOW experience and maintain strong product knowledge.
Responsibilities include merchandising, training new associates, and leveraging basic IT tools (AS400, MS Office, Google Docs) to support sales. 15–20 hours weekly; $19/hour with commission.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 months of sales experience
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule: This position will include 1-2 nights a week, Monday through Friday, 5:00 P.M- 9:00 P.M, and every other weekend. Saturday shifts will vary from 9:30 A.M to 9:00 P.M and Sundays 11:00 A.M -7:00 P.M. In addition, there will be two 1.5 hour product knowledge meetings per month. On average, this position will be 15-20 hours per week.
Compensation: $19. The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly rate.
