Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Golf Ball Fitting Intern for Summer 2027. The role includes traveling to key markets to fit players using Titleist tools and Trackman, educating staff, and partnering with local sales teams to deliver an exceptional Titleist experience.

Applicants should be enrolled full-time in a 2- or 4-year program (or entering a Master’s program) with a strong interest in golf. Housing in select U.S. cities is requested as part of the application.

Responsibilities

• Assist with golf ball fitting in markets across the U.S. using Titleist tools and the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting App and Trackman; travel required with own vehicle.
• Support and train golf shop staff with product knowledge and merchandising; collaborate with Sales Reps and Regional Fitters.

Hourly Compensation: $20/hr

What You Will be Doing

Join the Titleist team as a Summer Golf Ball Fitting Intern and play a key role in delivering the #1 Ball in Golf to players across the U.S. In this dynamic, hands‑on role, you’ll travel to key markets, engaging with golfers and retail partners to provide an exceptional Titleist experience. Throughout the internship, you’ll educate and fit players using advanced tools like the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting App and Trackman, support and train golf shop staff with product knowledge and merchandising and collaborate closely with local Sales Reps and Regional Fitters. Qualifications

What You Will Bring:
