Job summary

PopStroke LLC is opening a team for our Orlando International Drive venue, seeking energetic hospitality professionals for a fast-paced, guest‑facing role. You will welcome guests, guide them through the experience, and assist with beverage service and retail purchases.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays in a lively venue setting. Hourly pay plus tips, non-exempt, on-site positions available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, explain venue, check-in, and provide play tools.
• Serve beverages and assist with retail purchases at the golf counter.
• Maintain golf shop stock, clean facilities, and restock restrooms.
• Handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy using POS system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Pay rate: Hourly + tips

Role type: non‑exempt

• Welcome our guests on arrival and acquaint them with property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and ice cream at the golf counter. Assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop fully stocked.
• Remove trash, maintain organization of the golf shop and the golf courses.
• Ensure cleanliness of all golf courses, and golf shop areas, including restrooms. Restock golf shop stations and restrooms.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, membership and other golf‑related information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers, accurately using POS system, and maintaining security protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
• Assist guests with play, course rules and PopStroke app.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience in a high‑volume environment preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior POS system experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.

Due to scheduling requirements, operating hours, and compliance considerations, our roles require candidates to be 18 years of age or older.
