Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planner at the Goldstrike operation in Nevada. The role collaborates with operations and contractors to ensure weekly maintenance plans are executed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Maintenance planning background preferred.
• Previous maintenance planning experience SAP preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Knowledge of maintenance safety and environmental requirements preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans.
• Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed.
• Run and report on maintenance KPI's.
• Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders.
• Communicate well with both operations and maintenance personnel.
• Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems.
• Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material.
• Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Planner at our Goldstrike operation. The selected individual will work closely with other divisions and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
