Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Technology Lead to architect and drive scalable backend systems using Golang, with emphasis on API design and distributed architectures. The role also includes building modern frontends with Angular or React and guiding cloud-native deployments.

The successful candidate will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and shape data models and NoSQL solutions, ensuring fault-tolerance and performance at scale in a collaborative, technology-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software development and technology leadership.
• Strong backend development experience with Golang (Go).
• Hands-on experience designing and developing APIs.
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed system architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and distributed system design patterns.
• Experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
• Experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Experience working with complex data models and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using Golang or other modern programming languages.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
• Build responsive web applications using Angular or React.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Develop solutions that support scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Work with complex data models and large datasets.
• Design and implement NoSQL data solutions, preferably using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Apply best practices for software development, testing, security, and deployment.
