Assistant Manager - Recruitment @ Compunnel Inc.

Location: Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite per month)

Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source and attract candidates using various channels
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science preferred with 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies
• Experience with AWS services, IAM, Networking, CloudFormation
• Expertise in building containerized applications using GoLang
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Skilled in CI/CD tools and pipeline implementation
• Experience in building secure cloud solutions
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop self-service solutions for development teams
