Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering and 3–5 years of experience.
• ~3 years of Golang experience with microservices and distributed architecture.
• Familiar with build tools and tool chains (Maven, pip, npm).
• Experience with scalable distributed systems, microservices, domain-driven design, load balancing, and scaling.
• Ability to discuss architectural trade-offs and guide teams toward effective solutions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• AI-savvy: leveraging AI and automated code generation for security-focused software.

Responsibilities

• Join our backend team to work on a state-of-the-art distributed system with a monorepo architecture.
• Own core product functionality, designing features that secure source code end-to-end from IDE to deployment.
• Drive the development of core services like our API gateway and servers, ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure.
• Advance observability and secure design practices across Endor’s platform.
