Job summary

GHX Industrial, a SunSource company, invites recent graduates to join the GO2 Industrial Sales Development Program. This 12- to 18-month training track provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive product instruction, leading to a full-time sales role in a designated territory.

Training occurs at a GHX facility, likely in Houston, with relocation expenses covered. After completion, assignment to a territory follows, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training at GHX headquarters in Houston, TX.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Provided in-depth product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions.
