Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age and certified in local food handling requirements.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Complies with specs, quality standards and department rules and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and keeps a sanitized and orderly environment in the HOH and FOH.
• Takes takeout orders via phone or in person and processes them using the POS system.
• Displays salesmanship by upselling add-ons and customizations to enhance takeout experience.
• Monitors order times and ensures accuracy and on-time delivery.
