Prodapt ASIC Services seeks a GNSS R&D Test engineer in Silicon Valley to join a cross-functional team. You will support hardware bring-ups and perform SW/HW validation tests on mobile devices.

Work includes GNSS performance tests (TTF, positioning stats, sensitivity), data analysis, and developing Python automation for test execution and log collection.

Collaborate with modem and GNSS software teams to resolve issues and support on-call tasks as needed.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in Telecommunications, ECE or related fields.
• 2+ years of lab experience testing mobile devices.
• Knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, NSA/SA technologies.
• Experience with testing setups on Keysight/Spirent/Rohde & Schwarz platforms.
• Hands-on device log analysis and post-processing.
• Familiar with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, NI power instruments, spectrum analyzers, signal generators.
• Willing to support on-call requests and evening tasks.
• Proficient with defect tracking (e.g., JIRA).

Aufgaben

• Support new hardware bring-ups and perform SW/HW validation tests.
• Conduct GNSS performance tests (TTF, positioning stats, sensitivity).
• Analyze results, identify root causes, and report issues to engineering teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for test execution, log collection, data analysis.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and regression environments.
• Collaborate with modem and GNSS software teams to resolve issues.
