Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Mission Planner to support Air Force deployable communications missions. The role is located at Warner Robins AFB, GA and is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating operational plans for scalable C4 support, integrating joint requirements, and ensuring secure, reliable communications across all operation phases. Candidates should hold an Active Secret clearance and have ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to attain TS/SCI.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Integrate joint requirements ensuring communications plans align with the needs of joint force headquarters at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Support rapid deployment by preparing deployment schedules, logistics, and technical requirements for hours- to 72-hour deployments.
• Manage resources and capabilities by coordinating network-enabled systems to meet mission needs, including secure reach-back and network access.
• Execute and adjust plans by monitoring execution, adapting to changing environments, and ensuring secure, reliable communications across all operation phases.

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing the operational plans that enable the unit's rapid, scalable command, control, communications, computer (C4) support for Air Force requirements on deployable communication networks.

• Plan and coordinate operations by developing detailed plans for scalable communications support to Air Force units.
• Integrate joint requirements ensuring that communications plans align with the operational needs of the joint force headquarters, including tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Support rapid deployment by preparing deployment schedules, logistics, and technical requirements so units can deploy within hours or, if needed, within 72 hours to support larger joint task force or special operations headquarters.
• Manage resources and capabilities by coordinating network-enabled systems to meet mission needs, including secure reach-back and network access.
• Execute and adjust plans by monitoring execution, adapt to changing operational environments, and ensure communications remain secure, reliable, and available across all phases of operation.
