Job description

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital or needing long‑term care and are seeking a CNA‑1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant) to support residents.

Compensation and Benefits

• $21.00 & up
• + $2/hour on weekdays, + $3/hour on weekends during 2nd shift
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time 3‑11 pm shift
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for part‑time 3‑11 pm shift
• Full‑time or part‑time options on all shifts

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility support: reposition patients, help get in/out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals and monitoring: check vitals and weight, report changes in physical and mental health
• Feeding and hydration: assist with meals, snacks and ensure adequate fluid intake
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support
• Documentation: enter information into our software system to track care provided

Qualifications

• Certified to work in Maryland as a CNA‑1 (or GNA)
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
• Kind, compassionate, dependable, committed and ready to work as a team
