Complete Care at Annapolis in Annapolis, MD is hiring a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, feeding, living assistance, companionship and documentation for residents.

The role offers all shifts with opportunities for PRN on 2nd and 3rd, daily pay options, and a pathway to career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified to work in Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA).
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical.
• Kind, compassionate, dependable and a good team member.
• Willing to meet job requirements and participate in care plans.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bath, dress, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, transfers, and safe movement.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds and tidy rooms; assist activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care information into the software.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
