Texas Health Resources invites new graduate RNs to apply for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program. The 15-month onboarding includes guided clinical experiences, instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, debriefing and 360-degree evaluations.
Cohort begins February 22, 2027. Work location is Texas Health Rockwall (Med Surg). Full-time 36 hours weekly, three 12-hour rotating shifts, days/nights/weekends/holidays. Training weeks at the Arlington corporate office, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Integrated into our Hospital’s education structure, the Texas Health Graduate Nurse Residency Program includes a guided clinical experience with an instructor-led core curriculum, a formal mentoring program, informative debriefing/self-care sessions and supportive 360-degree evaluations. Residents not only participate in the learning experience on their personally selected home units, they also rotate/cross train through other departments to gain an expanded nursing experience vital to the complex patient care.
