Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is hiring an Entry Level Associate Project Manager for GMP testing projects in a regulated lab environment.

You will coordinate multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines while communicating with clients and internal teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field is required.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, or biologics.
• Experience in GMP lab operations, especially in CMC testing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP testing projects from initiation to closure.
• Maintain tracking tools, schedules, action trackers and dashboards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates and KPIs to clients and stakeholders.
• Track financial performance including hours, budget variance and cash flow.
• Ensure testing activities comply with GMP, GLP and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner sites.
