Job summary

RoslinCT is seeking a GMP Support role to ensure cleaning operations in classified areas are performed safely and compliant with cGMP and internal SOPs. You will manage orders, movements, and inventory of GMP materials, coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities to ensure access to controlled areas.

The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and commonly used Manufacturing and Quality systems (preferred).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning operations in classified and non-classified environments (Grade B-D, CNC).
• Ensure cleaning activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory expectations.
• Order, move, and inventory GMP materials.
• Perform and verify GMP-compliant kitting of materials for use in classified areas.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to maintain stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Coordinate timing with cross-functional teams on availability of classified areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
