Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a GMP Supervisor Nights in Lebanon, IN to coordinate activities within the GMP program and supervise site employees and temporary staff. You will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance while adhering to site SOPs.

The role requires leadership in guiding teams, implementing training, and maintaining thorough records. Travel may be required to support program needs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all activities within the GMP program.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports, pass downs, and weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metrics.

GMP Supervisor Nights

Location: Lebanon, IN

Shift: 3:30pm- 12:30am, M-F

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000

Job Overview

The GMP Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The supervisor will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations and site-specific SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues discipline
• Prepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updates
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repair
• Track supplies inventory
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager
• Correct at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
• Maintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities
• Some travel may be required for this position

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• May be required to have a valid driver's license.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
