Job summary

Novartis Indianapolis is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering strategy for a cutting-edge radioligand therapy isotope manufacturing facility. You will drive equipment reliability and manufacturing readiness in a highly regulated GMP environment, building a high-performing technical team and steering major capital and equipment improvement initiatives.

You will partner across Operations, Quality, Automation, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, maintenance, reliability, process, or equipment experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Process Engineering and Maintenance.
• Coach and develop engineers and maintenance staff while engaging in troubleshooting and recovery.
• Ensure safety, compliance, qualification, reliability, and asset-management programs across maintenance activities.
• Drive reliability strategies to improve performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve process capability.
• Oversee commissioning, qualification, and validation activities and lifecycle documentation.
