Job summary

SERVICON is a women-owned environmental solutions provider focused on infection prevention for complex facilities. We are seeking a Super Utility Technician to perform GMP sanitation across processing equipment and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of cleanliness.

You will train on sanitization methods, manage chemical handling, and maintain GDP records while supporting a safe, healthy work environment. This role requires English proficiency and physical capability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or other customer facing role required.
• 1+ year in a GMP/cleanroom environment preferred.
• Customer service oriented and professional.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to understand operating procedures and SDS sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain cGMP product and quality safety through cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment and facility.
• Participate in required training on sanitization, disinfectants, and equipment usage.
• Understand chemical safety and handling procedures and use chemicals accordingly.
• Empty, clean and remove waste receptacles to designated area and sanitize them.
• Vacuum and sanitize floors, drains, walls, ceilings, and shelves with appropriate tools.
• Perform GDP record keeping and adhere to sanitation schedule.
• Sanitize and clean machines and machine parts using chemicals and equipment.
• Clean under tacky mats and replace as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and ISO cleaning standards.
• Practice GDP with cleaning times, chemicals dates, and lot numbers.
