Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. seeks a GMP Tech to keep assigned areas within GMP clean and orderly. You will work with colleagues, follow written and verbal instructions, and explain how to complete tasks using basic communication skills.

Key duties include following safety rules, performing repetitive cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting shift leads in punch-list items. CPR/AED certification is a plus; forklift may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risky behavior of others and self.
• Perform work in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and the environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment.
• Perform sanitization duties to maintain GMP control.
• Follow all customer and SBM SOPs and procedures.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Fully train in area job functions for shift assignment and area classification.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Train in gowning procedures for assigned area.
• Complete safety certifications including chemical safety.
• Available to act as area fill-in when staff shortage occurs.
• Ability to drive to various work locations as needed.
• Support shift lead in completing work orders.
