The role requires comfort with varying weather conditions, rigorous safety standards, and hands-on use of power tools and heavy equipment. Training in OSHA 10 is expected within 60 days of start.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team of laborers in industrial settings.
  • Strong safety mindset with PPE compliance and training.
  • Ability to operate and maintain high-pressure hydro blast systems (10,000–40,000 psi).
  • Proficient in organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to site conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of general laborers on outdoor job sites.
  • Assist in industrial cleaning and site preparation.
  • Operate equipment such as skid steer, street sweeper, fork lift.
  • Load/unload, clean, and shovel as needed.
  • Operate vac-truck and hydro blasting equipment.
  • Organize inventory and equipment.
  • Promote safety culture and PPE compliance.
  • Handle company/rented equipment with care.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace and safety initiatives.
