Job summary

Genezen is seeking a QC Analyst to perform routine and non-routine QC testing in the Bioassay team within a GMP laboratory. This is a 2nd shift, Wednesday-Saturday, on-site position at Genezen’s Lexington, MA facility, supporting cell-based testing, release, and stability assays.

The role requires a BA/BS in Biochemistry/Cell Biology, 2+ years in QC, familiarity with qPCR/ddPCR/ELISA, and experience with LIMS and MS Office. Training will be provided for SOPs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or related science – Essential
• Minimum 2 years’ laboratory experience in QC testing – Essential
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and lab procedures – Essential

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine QC testing per SOPs (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA)
• Review and generate protocols and reports with minimal errors
• Train other analysts and participate in cross-functional teams
