Actalent in Verona, WI seeks a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support GMP-regulated quality systems and ensure product quality across manufacturing operations. You will review documents, assist with deviations, CAPAs, and regulatory audits, while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

The role is contract-to-hire, office-based with a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have a Life Sciences degree and at least 2 years QA experience in regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of QA experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, dietary supplement, or similar).
• Knowledge of GMP and cGMP regulations.
• Experience supporting validation, quality control, or manufacturing quality activities.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR regulations and quality standards.
• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve quality documents (SOPs, reports, protocols) for regulatory compliance.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, complaints, and non-conformances.
• Assist with Annual Product Reviews and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in validation activities and quality system improvements.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Conduct internal, supplier, and quality audits and manage change controls.
